From peat bogs to sea caves and ancient oak woodlands to estuaries, Devon has an amazing diversity of landscapes and wildlife. The loss and decline of Devon’s wildlife has, however, accelerated rapidly over the last 50 years and many of our natural resources are damaged.
Devon Local Nature Partnership (LNP) is a strategic collaboration of a huge range of organisations, groups and individuals committed to working together to restore and enhance the natural environment which underpins our lives.
Join them and help to:
- Deliver a Nature Recovery Network
- Respond to the Climate Emergency
- Connect people and nature
The Devon Local Nature Partnership has set up a community group, Wild About Devon, to help guide and inspire community action for wildlife and address the climate and ecological emergencies! If you are part of a community group you can add yourselves to their community action map and ask to join the Wild About Devon Facebook group set up as a discussion forum for community groups taking real action for wildlife
