An Evening With Plastic Free Torridge
The Plastic Free Torridge team invites you to spend an evening talking about the plastic pollution crisis and what we can all do to help.
We were delighted when Sadie Davies became the first woman to swim across Bideford Bay to Lundy. Highlighting the plastic pollution crisis and raising money for her chosen charities. After 9 hours of swmimming and over £6,000 of donations, Sadie has her untold story to tell. Not to be missed!
With the festive season creeping towards us, Phoebe Gibb will spotlighting easy plastic free hacks to reduce your single use plastic at Christmas. There are many simple and inexpensive changes you can make and Phoebe will explain how.
Rising sea levels, extreme weather systems, melting ice caps; reports on climate change appear daily. But how does single use plastic link to this? Andrew Cross takes a look.
We will be raising money for Plastic Free Torridge and Sadie Swims Lundy.
Many thanks to Rob Braddick for his generous support.
