Volunteers needed to help restore Northams special verge 

Location: Near the speed camera heading into Westward Ho!

Sewn in the 1990’s this verge needs and annual autumn cut and rake off, to preserve it’s spectacular Summer display of wildflowers

At this event volunteers can help rake off and clear the cuttings. This will allow the flowers the space they need to flourish again

For full details contact verges@tarkacountrytrust.org so they can gauge numbers. The site is sloping so please wear strurdy footwear. Tools are provided. Please bring work gloves if you have them. Teas and coffees provided
