Come and view our redundant water wheel and the idyllic spot in which the property sits. The grounds will be open to visitors to enjoy. Trimstone is mentioned in the Domesday Book and its farmstead goes back centuries. Our rare poultry collection will be open for visitors to see, as well as our two baby Emus. Come and enjoy a cream tea or afternoon tea in our lovely grounds or a lovely evening meal. (Please pre-book to avoid disappointment) A family treasure hunt (weather permitting) around the grounds

Where to Find Us Come off the M5 at Junction 27, heading towards Barnstaple, passing through Tiverton. Drive North from Barnstaple towards Ilfracombe on the A361 for nine miles passing through Braunton and Knowle. After “Foxhunters” Garage, a quarter of a mile beyond you will see Hotel signs. Turn left into Trimstone. The Hotel is only 300 yards down the road on the left. Local Transport runs from Barnstple and Ilfracombe every 15 minutes Monday-Saturday and every 30 minutes on Sundays. The bus stop is at the end of our lane, so only a short walk to Trimstone Manor.
