A Braunton Countryside Centre Event
Discover the magic of rockpools in this family friendly rock-pooling session at Saunton Beach with marine biologist and dedicated volunteer, Mark Ward. Come and explore the hidden wonders of our rocky shores and learn how creatures have adapted to live between the tides. All kit is provided. Meet at the bottom of the slipway at Saunton Beach.
Please don’t bring nets, but do wear suitable waterproof footwear for wading in rockpools and clambering over rocks. All children must be supervised by an appropriate adult.
