Torridge District Council
Devon County Council have updated the Community Support page of their website to help you find community groups operating in the Torridge area that are offering help to residents who need it (https://www.devon.gov.uk/document/community/#section-1) There is also advice for setting up local support groups, including getting in touch with your local Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) and letting them know so they can point people to you.
